Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) — Kangwon Province of the DPRK has rebuilt the Wonsan Educational Apparatus Factory and the Flower Garden at the Songdowon Pleasure Park Management Office. The successful completion of the reconstruction projects will help strengthen the material foundations of education in the province, improve the educational conditions and environment and provide the regional people with a more civilized and cultural life.
