Pyongyang, August 12 (KCNA) — The Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea sent a message of condolence to the Lao state funeral committee on August 9 as regards the demise of Xaysomphone Phomvihane, former president of the National Assembly of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
