Pyongyang, July 1 (KCNA) — Wang Yajun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK, hosted a reception at his embassy on June 30 to mark the 105th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of China. Present there on invitation were Jo Yong Won, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Song Nam, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., WPK, officials concerned and members of the diplomatic corps here. Members of the Chinese embassy, Chinese guests staying in the DPRK and Chinese residents were on hand. Wang Yajun made a speech at the reception. He referred to the fact that the Communist Party of China united and led the people after its founding, built new China where the people became the masters, provided fundamental conditions for the great prosperity of the Chinese nation and made contributions to the development and progress of mankind. He expressed the belief that the Workers’ Party of Korea would grow stronger and achieve fresh and bigger successes in accomplishing the socialist cause of the DPRK under the wise leadership of Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un, who advanced the five-point Party-building line in the new era and ushered in the great heyday of strengthening the whole Party by inheriting and developing the Party-building ideas of Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il. The ambassador expressed the CPC’s readiness to thoroughly implement the important joint understanding of the top leaders of the two parties and the two countries for strengthening strategic communication, deepening the exchange of experience in the party and state management and leading the China-DPRK relations to the sound and stable development and thus provide the two peoples with better happiness and jointly defend the regional peace and development.
