Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) — The North Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise built over 5 000 meters of anti-tidal dike in the first half of the year to provide a guarantee for finishing the first damming project ahead of schedule. The enterprise organized manpower and machinery for the construction rationally and gave precedence to technical guidance and supply of materials to meticulously push ahead with the project. As the dike project was carried out simultaneously in the area of Ilhae-ri and Hukrok-ri, the builders made a series of blast to secure a lot of rubble stones and earth, thus making a breakthrough for successfully pushing ahead with the project.
