中坪温室農場、昨年同期比で野菜生産量が1000トン超増加

Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) — The Jungphyong Greenhouse Farm in the DPRK produced 1,000-odd more tons of vegetables as compared with the same period of last year. The farm makes its employees acquire the skills of the specialized sectors and take active part in the development of science and technology through the sci-tech learning space. It is providing a guarantee for increasing the production while solving technical problems arising in disinfection of seeds, germination and sowing. It is spraying various kinds of self-made botanical chemicals and microbial pesticides twice a week to increase the disease resistance of crops and provide them with conditions for growth. It is putting the cultivation of cucumber, tomato, watermelon and melon on a sci-tech basis to raise the productivity and improve their taste.
